Welcome to WLA Realty & Auction! Whether you’re bidding for the first time or you’re a seasoned auction buyer, we’re excited to have you participate in our auctions.

Getting started is easy. First, create a free bidder account through our online bidding platform. Once your account has been created, you’ll simply register for each individual auction you wish to participate in. While you’ll only need one account, each auction requires its own registration and acceptance of that auction’s specific terms and conditions.

Before placing a bid, we encourage you to carefully review the auction details, terms and conditions, payment information, pickup dates, shipping availability, and property or item location. Many of our auctions also offer preview or open house opportunities so you can inspect items or real estate before bidding.

Most of our personal property auctions are conducted online, allowing bidders from across the country to participate. Lots are cataloged, photographed, and sold in numerical order, with each lot closing individually in a timed sequence on auction day. If bidding is placed during the final moments of a lot, extended bidding may occur to provide all bidders with a fair opportunity to participate.
